From your first day on the job, you will be introduced to a professionally-developed, training curriculum interspersed with interactive discussions, role-playing and on the job training. Fully supervised by our in-house training specialist (your manager if you are located in our Switzerland office), you’ll learn the fundamental skills necessary to be successful at Oxford, one step at a time.
For employees entering the management career path, Oxford offers a range of management training programs. We provide new supervisors instruction on their management responsibilities at Oxford, in addition to fundamental management skills.
Advanced Management Training
As you gain more experience, you may be offered advanced management training through either a two-day or eight-week intensive curriculum. The unique training opportunities combine classroom learning with online coursework and culminate in a career development plan that you’ll implement in partnership with your direct supervisor.
